ATM (Anti Tank Missile) launcher was an upgrade formerly found in MBT's which don't already have the ATM pre-equipped unlike IFVs, installing the upgrade would have allowed vehicles to have access to ATMs if they were not already. The upgrade was later removed in 2.0.
